• A nevezéssel minden induló elfogadja a versenyszabályokat. Ezzel tudomásul veszik, hogy a versenyen mindenki a saját felelősségére indul, a nevező kinyilatkozza, hogy egészségi állapota megfelel a versenyen való részvétel feltételének, és elfogadja, hogy a verseny rendezői bármelyik versenyző egészségkárosodásáért, vagy a versennyel összefüggésben keletkezett káraikért  kártérítésre nem kötelezhetők.
• Értékmegőrzést a verseny rendezői nem vállalnak!
• A rajtszámot kérjük elől viselni, jól látható helyen. A rajtszámot összehajtani nem szabad, a rögzítéshez biztosítótűt a rajtcsomagban és a versenyközpontban is talál a versenyző.
• Kizárásra kerül az a versenyző, aki rajtszámát összehajtja, letakarja, leveszi, valamint aki nem teljesíti a verseny – szervezők által kitűzött – teljes távját, vagy a nevezési lapot nem a valóságnak megfelelő adatokkal, illetve hiányosan tölti ki, továbbá a chipet nem rendeltetésszerűen használja.
• A futóverseny útvonalát elhagyó, a versenyző társakkal szemben sportszerűtlen magatartást tanúsító versenyzők a versenyből  kizárásra kerülnek.
• A csapatok váltásra szabadon eldönthető, de a váltás minden alkalommal a rajt-cél területen történhet, a versenyszervezők által  meghatározott felosztásban.
• A  csapatok fokozottan figyeljenek az egyéni versenyzőkre mind az útvonalon, mind a frissítéseken!
• A versenyen kísérő autó, kerékpár használata kizárólag a szervezők részére megengedett.
• A verseny eredményeit a helyszínen folyamatosan megjelenítjük,illetve honlapunkon 24 órán belül megjelenítjük.
•  Étel és ital fogyasztása a versenyzők számára csak a kijelölt frissítő állomásokon engedélyezett.
•  A verseny útvonalán görkorcsolyázni, kerékpározni, rajtszám nélkül vagy kutyával futni tilos.
•  A sportesemény helyszínén bármilyen kereskedelmi- és reklámtevékenység, vagy más futóverseny népszerűsítése csak a rendezők előzetes engedélyével, egyeztetett formában és módon végezhető.
•  A verseny rendezői szervezési okok miatt fenntartják a jogot, hogy a résztvevők számát korlátozzák, a nevezést bármikor lezárják.
•  A verseny rendezői fenntartják az útvonal, a váltó távok, a program és időpont változtatás jogát.
•  A verseny rendezői fenntartják a jogot, hogy a versenyről és versenyzőkről fotót és filmet készítsenek, melyek a továbbiakban a rendezők tulajdonát képezik. A készült fotókat és filmeket a rendezők szabadon felhasználhatják reklám és egyéb kommunikációs anyagaikban (pl. óriásplakát, szórólap), ezért a fotón szereplők ellenszolgáltatásra nem jogosultak.
• A verseny esős, hideg időben is megrendezésre kerül. Veszélyes, szélsőséges körülmények esetén ugyanakkor a szervező dönthet úgy, hogy az eseményt elhalasztja, vagy eltörli. Ebben az esetben a szervező lehetőségei függvényében pót időpontra helyezi át a nevezéseket. Nevezési díj visszafizetésére nincs lehetőség.
•  A verseny a mindenkori egészségügyi szabályzat alapján látogatható.

• határon túlról érkezők a helyszínen is megfizethetik a nevezés időpontjában érvényes nevezési díjat;
  – a nevezést követően visszaigazoló e-mailt automatikusan küldi rendszerünk – ha nincs visszaigazoló mail rövid időn belül, akkor az email címed elrontottad (tudnék mesélni…);ez esetben ide írj: pomazifutobajnokok@gmail.com
  – a nevezési díj bérkezéséről további visszaigazolót nem küldünk; a beérkezett nevezések és a nevezési díjak jóváírása a honlapon, a rajtlistán nyomon követhető;
  – a nevezési díjak könyvelése manuálisan történik a befizetés/utalást követő napokban.
• A rendezőség a verseny területén és a ruhatárban elhelyezett értéktárgyakért felelősséget nem vállal
• Nevezési díjat visszatéríteni nem tudunk, de a nevezés a versenyt megelőző szerdáig módosítható más versenyző nevére, amennyiben az előzetesen emailben egyeztetésre került, illetve átkérhető másik versenyre 1 éven belül.
• Bármilyen egyéb, a versenyszervező hibáján kívül fellépő helyzet esetén , ha a verseny nem kerül megrendezésre,a nevezések egy újabb eseményre lesznek érvényesek, legfeljebb a verseny után 1 évig., Nevezési díjat nem tud az egyesület visszatéríteni.Kérjük, ezt vedd figyelembe. A vírushelyzet miatt a változtatás jogát fenntartjuk.

 By entering, all entrants accept the competition rules. With this, it is acknowledged that everyone participates in the competition at their own risk, the entrant declares that his health meets the condition of participation in the competition, and accepts that the organizers of the competition cannot be obliged to compensate any competitor for health damage or damages incurred in connection with the competition.
The organizers of the competition do not undertake preservation of value!
Please wear the start number on the front, in a clearly visible place. The start number must not be folded, the competitor can find a safety pin for fixing it in the start package and in the competition center.
Competitors who fold, cover, or remove their race number, as well as those who do not complete the entire distance of the competition – set by the organizers – or who fill out the entry form with incorrect or incomplete data, and who do not use the chip as intended, will be disqualified.
Competitors who leave the route of the running race and show unsportsmanlike behavior towards fellow competitors will be excluded from the competition.
Teams can be changed freely, but each time the change can take place in the start-finish area, in the division determined by the competition organizers.
The teams should pay close attention to the individual competitors both on the route and on the updates!
The use of accompanying cars and bicycles during the competition is only permitted for the organizers.
The results of the competition will be continuously displayed on site, or on our website within 24 hours.
Competitors are only allowed to consume food and drink at designated refreshment stations.
Roller skating, cycling, running without a starting number or running with a dog are prohibited on the race route.
Any commercial and advertising activities or promotion of other running races at the venue of the sports event may only be carried out with the prior permission of the organizers, in an agreed form and manner.
Due to organizational reasons, the organizers of the competition reserve the right to limit the number of participants and to close entries at any time.
The organizers of the competition reserve the right to change the route, alternate distances, program and time.
The organizers of the competition reserve the right to take photos and films of the competition and competitors, which are the property of the organizers. The directors may freely use the photos and films in their advertising and other communication materials (e.g. billboards, flyers), therefore the people in the photos are not entitled to compensation.
The competition is also held in rainy and cold weather. However, in case of dangerous and extreme circumstances, the organizer may decide to postpone or cancel the event. In this case, depending on the possibilities of the organizer, the entries will be moved to an additional date. It is not possible to refund the registration fee.
The competition can be visited based on current health regulations.
those coming from across the border can also pay the entry fee valid at the time of entry on the spot;
– a confirmation e-mail is automatically sent by our system after registration – if you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within a short time, then you have messed up your e-mail address (I could tell you…); in this case, write here: pomazifutobajnok@gmail.com
– we will not send any further confirmation of the rental of the entry fee; the crediting of entries and entry fees can be tracked on the website, in the start list;
– entry fees are booked manually in the days following the payment/transfer.
The organizer does not assume responsibility for valuables placed in the competition area and in the cloakroom
We cannot refund the entry fee, but the entry can be changed to the name of another competitor until the Wednesday before the competition, if it has been agreed in advance by email, or it can be transferred to another competition within 1 year.
In the event of any other situation other than the fault of the competition organizer, if the competition is not held, the entries will be valid for another event, for a maximum of 1 year after the competition. The association cannot refund the entry fee. Please take this into account. Due to the virus situation, we reserve the right to make changes.
